Q: Since the weather has begun to improve from the very cold snowy conditions of a couple of weeks ago, I’ve been walking outside for exercise and because it seems to help my mood. However, I’ve started to have pain on the bottom of one of my feet that seems worst under the heel and it hurts more when I stand on that foot or push off with the toes of that foot when walking. What could be causing this and what can I do about it?

Munising School Public Library News

There will be two days in the upcoming week that Munising School Public Library will be closed. In recognition of President’s Day, the library will be closed to the public on Monday, Feb. 19. Flipping Success: Munising Rotary Club’s Pancake Breakfast Fuels Excitement for Natural Resources Class

Munising, MI - Last Saturday, the Munising Rotary Club hosted a successful Pancake Breakfast at the Munising Middle and High School, drawing a diverse crowd of students, parents, community members and even visitors in town for the Michigan Ice Fest. The breakfast featured a spread of pancakes, eggs, sausage, juice, coffee, and milk, with a suggested donation of $10.
