Superior Central School Closing On 09-06-24, the Superior Central School in Eben Junction was closed as a result of a potential threat received from the public. The information was immediately reported to school officials as well as law enforcement. Superintendent, William Valima, deemed it necessary to close the school so that a thorough investigation could be completed.

Munising Baptist soccer claims three wins in opening week

The Munising Baptist soccer team had a busy start to the season last week. Fortunately for the Bobcats it was a successful week as well, as they managed to win three games in the span of just four days. Most recently they topped visiting Mackinac Island, 3-2 on Thursday, August 29.

Superior Central football claims 18-8 win over Munising JV

The Superior Central football team opened up their new season on Wednesday, August 28, playing at Munising’s junior varsity team. The Cougars, who will play a JV schedule this fall, were able to use a strong defensive performance to propel them to an 18-8 victory.
