Savannah Lassila performs an oration on Wednesday, April 26 in the Munising Middle/High School band room. She and four other students prepared speeches and other presentations for a crowd of roughly 30 community members as a warm up for the Munising Forensics Team, as the squad gets ready for the state finals at Wayne State University this weekend. The Mustangs qualified for states after finishing the semifinals on Mackinac Island earlier in the season. The event also served as a fundraiser for the trip.
