Goss is U.P. champion in D2 Under clear blue skies and perfect running conditions, the Munising Mustang cross country teams wrapped up their season last Friday and Saturday at the U.P.

The Munising football team came just one yard away from pulling off a big-time road win last Friday in Rudyard. Instead, the Mustangs dropped a heartbreaker on the Bulldogs’ home field, as they had a player tackled on the 1-yard line as time expired, resulting in a 29-28 defeat in the Great Lakes Eight Conference East Division.
