The Munising Mustangs competitive cheer team is improving as the regular season comes to an end. The Mustangs were able to take second place at the U.P. Cheer Classic held at the Munising Middle/High School on Saturday, Jan. 28, scoring 711.2 points in the three rounds. That is an 18.4 point improvement from last week, despite taking a higher penalty deduction in the first two rounds than the last competition.
