The Superior Central baseball team held a special ceremony between their two games against Bark River-Harris on Tuesday, May 30 in honor of Neo Wilson. The Cougars retired Wilson’s number 12 jersey, which was presented to his parents. A wooden sign was also crafted by SC Manager Greg Mannisto. Wilson was a Superior Central student and baseball player who passed away last summer. A number of student-led efforts occurred at SC this year in Wilson’s memory, including the toy drive at the Munising at Superior Central girls basketball game and the “Neo Lives” campaign.
