A Brimley rusher attempts to get outside a host of Superior Central Cougar defenders in Eben Junction on Saturday, Sept. 16. The contest saw Superior Central score its first scoring plays of the year, as both Drew Begovac and Jayden Marzan scored on one-yard rushes. The team also converted their first two-point conversion and had a positive turnover margin under Head Coach Josh Trader. Despite improved play by the Cougars, the Brimley Bays had a stronger performance to win 52-14. The Cougars are still looking for their first win of the year at 0-4 and Brimley sits at 2-2.
